Refund Policy

1. You have the option to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt.

2. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Send the ordered product back to our company address by courier: Hungary, 1151, Budapest, Szekely Elek street 11, Rapidlog Kft.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the purchase price to the provided bank account immediately, but no later than 5 days.

5. The product must be undamaged and unused, and original tags must not be removed.
