We process personal data in connection with the operation of the webshop under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian laws.
3.1 Browsing the Website and Cookies

Data processed: the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, message content).
Retention: for the duration of handling your request, then as long as necessary for legal limitation periods if the communication is relevant to potential claims.
Legal basis: your consent given by initiating contact (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3.3 Registration on the Website
Purpose: create an account so you can shop more easily (e.g. reuse your data for later orders). Registration is not required to place an order.
Data processed: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, order history and product details.
Retention: until you withdraw your consent / delete your account, unless longer retention is required by law (for example, invoicing data).
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3.4 Processing Orders and Contract Performance
Purpose: accept and fulfil your order, including communication about the order.
Data processed: name, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, ordered products and their characteristics, order number, order date.
Retention: for the general civil law limitation period (typically 5 years) after contract performance.
Legal basis: performance of the contract between you and us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3.5 Invoicing and Accounting
Purpose: issuing invoices and fulfilling our accounting and tax obligations.
Data processed: name, billing address, e-mail address, phone number, invoice data.

This provider supports us in issuing and storing invoices and related accounting documents in line with legal requirements.
Retention: at least 8 years from the date of the invoice, as required by accounting and tax laws.
Legal basis: our legal obligations under applicable tax and accounting laws (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3.6 Delivery of Goods
Purpose: delivery of your ordered products by our logistics partner.
Data processed: name, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, order details necessary for delivery.
Delivery partner:

Packeta acts as our delivery partner and handles the personal data required for delivery according to its own privacy notice.
Retention: until the completion of delivery and, where necessary, for the duration of limitation periods relating to the order.
Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3.7 Warranty, Guarantee and Other Consumer Complaints
Purpose: handling statutory warranty and guarantee claims, as well as other consumer complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Data processed: your name, contact details (e-mail, phone, address), product details, description of the defect or complaint, date of purchase and complaint, our response and the way the complaint is handled.
Retention: usually 3 years from the date of the complaint or the warranty/guarantee record, as required by law.
Legal basis: our legal obligations under consumer protection rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3.8 Newsletter and Marketing Communications
Purpose: sending newsletters and promotional messages about our products, offers and news; sending personalised offers based on your interests and previous purchases; remarketing (showing ads to former visitors or customers).
Data processed: name, e-mail address, possibly your address and phone number, information about purchases and interests where relevant for personalisation.

MailerLite operates the mailing system and processes your name and e-mail address on our behalf for sending newsletters.
Retention: until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe), or for a shorter period where required by law.
Legal basis: your consent, provided when subscribing or otherwise opting in to marketing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by using the link in each e-mail or by contacting us directly.
4. Other Recipients and Transfers
Besides the partners listed above, analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Facebook may process data as independent controllers according to their own privacy policies (for example in connection with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook pixel).
We do not sell your personal data and do not transfer them to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We store personal data only for as long as necessary:
- for the purposes described above,
- or as required by law (e.g. tax and accounting retention periods),
- or until you withdraw your consent (where processing is based on consent),
- or until potential legal claims become time-barred.
After these periods, we delete or anonymise your data.
